Ahoj, Michal! Sorry for bothering you, but I'd need some help, and you certainly can help. I am to write Kováč's article on huwiki, and I've also been using the article of ''Who is who v Slovenskej republike 2008'' which is written in Slovakian. With the help of a vocabulary I translated the article word by word, but I'm struggling to understand the exact meaning behind ''vedecký sekretár.'' Would this mean that SAV has got multiple cabinets (dunno, let's say administrative, research etc. cabinets), and the scientific one is headed by DKováč?
