No clause in that license requires this specific kind of attribution (imported history). Hyperlink to source article revision (where a complete history and list of authors is reachable), declared as a translation source, has been traditionally (and still is, as per [[:en:Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia#Translating from other language Wikimedia projects\|WP:TFOLWP]]) considered as enough to fulfil an attribution requirement of CC-BY.
