Yes "Land of Raabs" or "Raabsia". The name comes from the old name of the county (Grafschaft) surrounding the castle of what is today called Raabs an der Thaya in northern Austria close to the Czech border. The -sko ending stands for land, country, large territory, area (i.e. more or less corresponds to the Latin or English ending -ia); the firt written record of the castle was Racouz, the later Czech and Slovak form was Rakús; hence the current Slovak name Rakúsko (=Rakús+(s)ko) and the Czech name Rakousko (=Rakous+(s)ko).
