Wedding photographs at Bratislava Technical museum upraviť

Hello,

Sorry for writing in English, I don't know any Slovak.

When I visited Bratislava last July, I also visited the Technical museum near the main railway station. Out of sheer coincidence, there was a newly-wed couple getting their wedding photographs taken there. Seeing as it was a public place and not their church or home or whatever, I decided to also photograph them. I took great care to always stand behind the official professional photographer so as not to disturb his work at the slightest. I don't know who the couple or the professional photographer are, and I didn't ask for their permission. But none of them seemed to mind. They were too busy with taking their wedding photographs taken to pretty much even notice me. At least none of them approached me or said anything to me.

I would want to publish some of these photographs on WikiMedia Commons. Does anyone know what is the situation regarding privacy rights in Slovakia? Am I allowed to publish the photographs because they were taken at a public place and no one seemed to mind me taking them? JIP (diskusia) 18:45, 17. marec 2015 (UTC)[odpovedať]
