The British International School Bratislava is an international school in Bratislava, Slovakia. The school was founded in 1997 and it is owned by Nord Anglia Education. Nord Anglia Education also operates international schools in Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Lausanne, Shanghai, Beijing, Pattaya and Abu Dhabi.


The school has two campuses, Dolinskeho campus and Peknikova campus which opened in 2004. Facilities include four ICT rooms, two music rooms, two libraries, four indoor sports halls, a dance studio, an artificial pitch, a bubble gym and extensive outdoor playgrounds.


The curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum with formal qualifications being offered at IGCSE and the IB Diploma level.


The school now educates approximately 650 students of over 45 nationalities. Approximately 10% are native English speakers. The school is non-selective and well known for its distinctive child-centred learning programmes that extend beyond the classroom for high academic achievement.
