Cena Grammy za najlepší melodický rapový výkon (angl. Grammy Award for Best Melodic Rap Performance – do roku 2017 udeľované ako Najlepšia rapovo-spievaná spolupráca: angl. Best Rap/Sung Collaboration a v rokoch 2018 – 2020 ako Najlepší rapovo-spievaný výkon: angl. Best Rap/Sung Performance) je ocenenie udeľované na slávnostnom odovzdávaní cien Grammy Awards hudobným umelcom za kvalitu piesní, na ktorých spolupracujú reperi a speváci. Vyznamenania vo viacerých kategóriách každoročne udeľuje Národná akadémia umení a vied Spojených štátov s cieľom „oceniť umelecké úspechy, technické znalosti a celkovú excelentnosť v hudobnom priemysle bez ohľadu na predaj albumov alebo pozíciu v hudobných rebríčkoch“.[1]

Názov v definícia tejto kategórie bola zmenená v júni 2020 s okamžitou platnosťou, aby predstavovali rastúci trend hybridných výkonov v oblasti rapového žánru. Podľa Recording Academy „má táto kategória za cieľ oceniť sólové vystúpenia ako i spolupráce obsahujúce prvky rapu a melódie modernej produkcie. Pieseň si vyžaduje silnú a jasnú prítomnosť melódie kombinovanej s rapovou kadenciou a zahŕňa dialekty, texty alebo prvky z iných ako rapových žánrov vrátane R&B, rocku, country, elektroniky a ďalších. Produkcia môže obsahovať tradičné prvky rapu alebo prvky charakteristické pre vyššie uvedené žánre, ktoré nie sú rap.“[2]

Ocenenie je udelené umelcovi (umelcom). Producent, inžinier a skladateľ môžu požiadať o certifikát pre víťazov.[3]
