Protest Gorila

Ahoj Iswikinumber, ak mas cas a chut na dalsie upravu clanku o proteste gorila, tak by to chcelo aktualizovat. Dopisat datumy a miesta dalsich protestov (protest gorila II) a ozdrojovat vytrznosti v BA. Nazdar, chcem sa opýtať, prečo si do môjho článku o Adamovi Mišurovi napísal v infoboxe, že bol prozaik a básnik. Predpokladám, že to bolo zkopírované z iného článku a zabudol si to vymazať. Alebo sa mýlim a sú tu nové fakty, o ktorých neviem ? Risonovak

Hallo Iswikinumber2, you remember as we have spoken about the monuments in SK. To prepare a sample I would need your help for translation. You can find out with here the list of Trenčiansky kraj I would need a little bit help for translation of header: (Its one list of monuments in SK

Areas of slovak communities

Hello Iswiki2, i have a request. Do you know a source of a table of the area of the slovak communities. I woul need to create a template like the austrian de:Template:Metadaten Fläche AT-1 so I can use similar to the populations and so on. e.g. for the community with the no. 10823 has 24,72 km² |10823 = 0024.72

Perhaps you have an excel sheet or similar.

Hi Karl. I've searched for such source too, for the very same purpose, but haven't found any (at least not in the form of all-in-one ready-to-use authoritative document…). I see two possible solutions:

• We can ask Statistical Office to give us the data in some suitable form.
• Or, we can machine-download these data from the MOŠ/MIS database. Each territorial unit has an unique page with URL in fixed form, indexed by ŠÚJ code, e.g.: 511137: Veľké Borové. It is rather simple task to download and parse-out data from it (I can do that, if we decide to go this way). I hope, it should be ok with copyright/netiquette too, as long as we keep reference to original source in the resulting area mapping templates.

Ahoi Teslaton, I think it would be easier at first to ask the statistical office, because they must have there for sure in a excel file or a text-file, so we can work more with it, similar to the population. The question is, what will be more helpfull from you in the mothertongue or from me from strange country, where can be misunderstudnes too. Hi Karl. I've already got a response from them, including the data we need. I'll send it to you, but I want to discuss the SK mapping templates further. I would prefer these templates NOT TO REQUIRE an extra digit with ID of "Kraj" administrative unit, as it does complicate things when calling the template (and commune codes are already unique themselves). I know, the actual templates are now clustered according this digit, but maybe we can cluster them by some different way (modulo N, for example? Hi Teslaton, many thanks for your mail. In the german templates I have splitted, to make these a liitle bit shorter. It is very easy, because the first digit is corresponding to the kraj.

1 = Metadaten SK-BL
2 = Metadaten SK-TA

5 = Metadaten SK-ZI
6 = Metadaten SK-BC
7 = Metadaten SK-PV

Corresponding your wish, I would give the square meter in the template and so you can make the template e.g. Metadata area SK|kód|unit|(link=true as optional) - unit can be m2,ha,km2 - this would be a good idea. Yes, but my point was just regarding that splitting… I would prefer to be able to call the template WITHOUT that extra digit of Kraj – i.e. {{OBP|SK|500828}} instead of {{OBP|SK|4500828}}, because it is redundant and not necessary (commune codes are unique already). For example, infobox Slovenská obec has to use dirty switches to map passed name of Kraj onto it's numeric code just to be able to call OBP. And there are other situations, where you have only ID of commune at the hand and you don't want to be forced to seek for it's Kraj code. So, my idea was to split mapping templates according to last digit of commune code and drop that requirement for prefix with Kraj digit. --Teslaton (diskusia) 21:15, 12. apríl 2012 (UTC)

I understand, what you mean, but if you use the kód without the leading digit, it is necessary, to have all values in one template and following it's not corresponding to the OPD - so the template works slower. Another thing will be, if we are able to build all the metadata in the worldwide new database Wikidata, which will have like commons metadata for all languages. It does NOT meen we have to use one giant template. We can actually use any hashing function, which is efficient and simple to implement using available parser functions. In this case (~3000 numeric keys, not being regularly distributed with respect to prefix, but with respect to suffix) we can choose modulo 10 - in other words: split templates according to LAST DIGIT of a commune code. This way you'll get 10 partial templates with ~300 items. And it is fairly simple to implement for numeric inputs:

Especially if you compare it with current hashing function…

I ment this kind of implementation (some tests). It drops the requirement for prefixing commune code with ID of Kraj. For backward compatibility with your scheme it actually does support previous format too. I understand. I am not able to evaluate, which one solution it's the quicker way of software. In the origin version with population the number will be a little bit more descriptive and self-explaining. Modulo implementation is slightly more efficient, but that's not really important here. The key argument is, that official commune codes are those 6-digit numbers (without Kraj prefix). And so, whenever possible, metadata templates should work with them directly. Anything else just brings rendundancy and complicates things (like that need of deriving kraj ID from its name, etc.). The comfort of "template consumer" should always be of more priority, than comfort of template programmer or "beauty" of template internal structure. And even with respect to future compatibility (WikiData initiative), it's wise to stay using most normalized form of metadata keys available. --Teslaton (diskusia) 22:16, 14. apríl 2012 (UTC)

Monuments 2

Hi Iswikinumber, I made some samples of lists of monuments in BA and Senec extracted from the List. you can see it with de:Benutzer:Karl Gruber/Liste der denkmalgeschützten Objekt in Bratislava 1/0-9 I had splitted Bratislava like other cities in Austrie at first in the okresy and then the streets and places in alphabetical order (at first only 4 lists). I tried to transfer these to sk-wiki, but I didn't find out some templates. But it should work, if I had a help from the slovakian side. The templates are written from Alex and there where used since last year for Wiki loves monuments in Austria and this year, also from big parts of germany and south tyrol take these kind. For me there were necessary only small parts to take it for BA. At this moment I will test and check these lists for BA and will add then at first the kry BA complete and then other krajy more and more. And I think these lists kan used from yourside with minimal adapt for sk-wiki. Lists of small comunities will be appearing like Borinka (the 1st small obec in okres Malacky) - similar to the austrian. Now only the okresy Senec and Pezinok are missing in my lists. All the other appr. 1200 monuments of bratislavsky kraj are written in the de-wiki. I dont'know, how manyI can make tomorrow. I would prefer, that one people from yourside translate the template for the tableline. The second step is the transformation from the german list to the slovak list (with search and replace) and build the articles for the obce here. Okay, I will try to explain a little bit more: WLM is one thing, this is the photochallenge. The lists of each obec is a preparation to define, which object are the goal to photograph inside of photochallenge. And now to the lists thereself: Each list consist of a table and can be created in a standard table too. But to make easier the creation of tables we created templates for head, each line and foot of table. While the both templates for head and foot are not so complex, the template for tableline is very difficult und is used so often as you need lines in the table.

• The containt of each column in one line is set through parameters of the template.
• Also in this template is included a link to start a uploadform in commons and a link to a category of commons if exist.
• So its easy to creaty tables also with an editor or an small program like template-Generator out of a cvs-dockument.

Monuments 3

At this moment the template for tablehead and tableline is ready. The first pages for collection of monuments from each obce is possible. Additional we have some templates inside of each list for explanation. These are de:Template:Denkmalliste SK überarbeiten, the second is de:Template:Denkmalliste Slowakei Legende The first one can be various in the different status of WLM e.g. Please add the coordinates in the following list or Please spend a foto for WLM or other ideas. The second one is only for explanation of each Column and sign in the table. Withe the templates you guaranteed the same look for each list in SK. Unfortunately I cannot translate their, but I think you have more user, which speak german too :-). Ahoj Iswikinumber2, všimol som si, že si si podal žiadosť o premenovanie. Chcem sa ťa preto spýtať, keďže o podobnom kroku už dlhší čas uvažujem aj ja, či sa neobávaš toho, že so zmenou používateľského mena by si mohol byť vnímaný ako začiatočník? Ahoj BarT. Ani nie. To zlé ostane na starom, dobré sa prenesie. No vážne, keď sa okolo toho urobi informačná kampaň :) tak by to nemal byť problém: oznámim to na svojej stránke, pri diskusii, mohol by som to dať aj do úprav atď. Počet úprav by tiež mal ostať, takže človek sa nestratí. Aspoň taký je môj názor pred zmenou, ako to prebehne v praxi to neviem. V každom prípade to môžeš sledovať. ako konvertovať stupňové -> desatinné koordinácie

Buď z hlavy (dd = d + m/60 + s/3600) , alebo copy&paste zo záhlavia GeoHack screenu po kliknutí na existujúce súradnice (napr. 49°11′54″S 19°31′0″V). Prípadne ak máš DMS súradnice z externého zdroja, môžeš ich hodiť do GeoLocatora (pr.), tam ich môžeš podľa potreby aj skontrolovať a upraviť. Je inak tiež dobré snažiť sa o čo najmenšiu postačujúcu presnosť, 6 desatinných miest je zvyčajne zbytočne veľa, zaokrúhlenie na 4 pre väčšinu landmarkov stačí (chyba zhruba do 10 metrov). --Teslaton (diskusia) 19:37, 4. september 2012 (UTC)

Ak myslíš GeoLocator, tak hej, na prvý pohľad to určite pôsobí dosť technokraticky a prepchato, treba si na to zvykať. Netuším ale, ako to ešte zjednodušiť tak, aby zostala zachovaná všetka fukčnosť. Inak, čo sa týka tejto úpravy, tak vzdialenosť tých 2 bodov (pred a po zaokrúhlení) je ~2,01 metra (na povrchu ideálnej gule s priemerom Zeme). Pričom jednak chata samotná má cca 10x väčšie rozmery, dvak chyby namapovania jednotlivých mapových podkladov a chyby samotného GPS (a jeho geoidu) sú ďaleko väčšie než presnosť toho údaju v stupňoch na 6 desatinných miest... Takže príliš presné údaje (relatívne voči rozmerom objektu alebo voči presnosti mapovania) sú zbytočne zavádzajúce. Snáď jediná praktická výhoda je, že to potom neláka ľudí "upresňovať" zaokrúhlený údaj. --Teslaton (diskusia) 20:24, 4. september 2012 (UTC)

Wiki Loves Monuments 2012

Slovenská Wikipédia je od včera členom celosvetového hnutia Wiki Loves Monuments a zúčastní sa na fotografickej súťaži v roku 2012.

Platné sú všetky fotografie o slovenských kultúrnych pamiatkach (s platným ID), ktoré sú nahraté od 1. septembra. Súťaž beží do 30. septembra. Pamiatky na fotografovanie môžete nájsť v zoznamoch, ktoré sú sústredené na stránke Zoznam kultúrnych pamiatok na Slovensku.

Informácie nie sú ešte kompletné, ale budú sa sa dopĺňať každým dňom. Viac informácií môžete nájsť na stránke Wikipédia:WikiProjekt Wiki miluje pamiatky alebo aj na www.wikilovesmonuments.cz v češtine.

Ak potrebujete pomôcť, neváhajte napísať nasledovným redaktorom: Wizzard, Jetam2, KuboF, K@rl (iba anglicky alebo nemecky).

ich habe es schon auf der deutschsprachigen Auskunft versucht, aber da kann wohl niemand Slowakisch. Es geht um einen Komponisten und dessen Werke. Und dann kommt Zachovalo sa však z nich len malé torzo, ktoré začali pred časom vydávať (nie však samostatne) Poliaci. Das ist slowakisch, ein paar Jahrzehnte alt und zum Verzweifeln... Autentickosť podpisu je dôležitá tam, kde sa od neho niečo reálne odvíja. Napr. v prípade vlastnoručného podpisu na dokumente, alebo elektronicky podpísaných dát sa dá podpis použiť na overenie identity podpisujúceho. Tu ale identitu rieši sw. asociovaním každej úpravy s údajmi o používateľovi, tá vkladaná signatúra je len praobyčajný kus textu ako každý iný. Bez tej evidencie v histórii je signatúra na overenie identity nepoužiteľná a naopak, história je na overenie identity použiteľná samostatne, bez ohľadu na signatúru.
Jediný problém by mohol byť, ak by sa niekto snažil uvádzať ostatných čítajúcich do omylu tým, že by uviedol signatúru v rozpore s realitou, evidovanou v histórii (toto ale nebol ten prípad). Banskobystrická rímskokatolícka diecéza

Ahoj, nesúhlasím celkom s tvojou editáciou, myslím, že odsek biskup by tam mal byť. Postupne sa tam doplní kedy bol úradne uvedený do funkcie, poprípade iné údaje, ktoré sú relevantné pre diecézu a nepatria len do článku o biskupovi ako osobe. V úvodnom odseku sa mi nepáči tá veta s menovaním, presuniem ju do histórie. Zatiaľ to ale nevadí, lebo aj tak je ten článok dosť zúfalý - v podstate by tam patrilo Šablóna:Na úpravu. Keď konečne dokončím šablóny pre kultúrne pamiatky tak sa pustím do väčšej úpravy článkov o diecézach a biskupoch, lebo mám pocit, že sú v horšom stave, ako keď som pred 5 rokmi spolupracoval na ich vzniku.--LacoR (diskusia) 19:57, 20. november 2012 (UTC)

PSP a prepisy

Zaujimal by ma tvoj nazor na nasledujuci problem: Mitsubishi motors alias Micubisi gurupu. Mna sa tento problem tyka vo fyzikalnej terminologii, ktora vychadza z anglickeho jazyka. Interakcie sa tam napriklad oznacuju yukavove podla Hideki Yukawu. Tvar jukavove by ziaden seriozny fyzik na slovensku nepouzil... Vnimam to tak, ze uzka skupina ludi sa snazi "vychovavat" ludi pouzivanim akoze slovenskych nazvov. Ak nema byt wikipedia na smiech, tak by sa mala zamysliet nad rozumnym pristupom k PSP, pretoze tieto tu su interpretovane vyslovene komickym sposobom. Myslis, ze existuje nejaka snaha dany problem vnimat a riesit? Napriklad zalozit nejaku diskusnu stranku, kde by sa prediskutovali moznosti? Peterzet (diskusia) 11:35, 11. december 2012 (UTC)

Ahoj. Ak si sledoval diskusiu ohľadne Yoko Ono, asi ti môj názor bude zrejmý. Som hlavne za to, aby sa umelecké mená, obchodné značky a pod. uvádzali tak ako si ich nositelia želajú. Čo sa týka fyzikálnej terminológie, nemám v tom veľmi jasno, ale pridal by som sa na stranu fyzikov, ktorý termín používajú v reáli. Všimol som si tvoju diskusiu s Radiológom. Snazim sa zistit aj konkretnejsie predstavy. Dolezite je dat nasim predstavam aj urcite presnejsie znenie. Je napriklad tazke zistit, co si konkretny umelec zela.
